Since Healthinomics offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once a subscription is purchased or renews. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing a subscription from the Healthinomics site.
All our packages are recurring subscriptions that renew until cancelled. This is stated on the checkout page, in the email confirmation you receive once having purchased your subscription, as well as in your account in the “Subscriptions” section.
Once a subscription is purchased, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any stage, no questions asked. There are no lock-in contracts and you have the power to cancel your subscription directly in your account prior to your next renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, simply login to your account, go to Account > Subscription and click “Cancel”. You can also view your next renewal date here.
If you have any troubles with cancelling your subscription, please contact us to request cancellation of your subscription.
Bundle Did Not Download
If the bundle did not download, please check the My Account area first and re-download the bundle there. If the bundle does not appear in the My Account area, try downloading the bundle again. Once the bundle has downloaded to your device, check the folder your downloads are sent to.

Product Not As Described
Such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
