  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Note: Before cancelling your subscription, use any remaining downloads first. Once you cancel your subscription, all unused downloads will expire.

    Paid By Credit Card

    If you paid by credit card and wish to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Account 
    2. Click the Subscription tab
    3. Under the ‘Actions’ column in the table, click Cancel next to the subscription you wish to cancel.

    Paid By PayPal

    If you paid by PayPal and wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to do this in your PayPal account.

  • How do I extract the ZIP folder to access the bundle images?

    Once the bundle has downloaded, find the ZIP folder on your computer (usually in your downloads folder).

    Since most computers come with a default extraction program to unzip folders, you should just be able to double-click on the folder to extract and access the files inside it. Once you have double clicked the folder, you may need to click “extract all” at the top of the window on Windows computers.

    If this does not work, you will need to download a program like Zipeg (Mac) or UnzipLite (Windows) to unzip the folder. Once you’ve downloaded this program, you will be able to double-click on the folder to extract it.

    Extracting ZIP Folders on Your Phone

    While we recommend downloading bundles on your PC or laptop, you can also download bundles on your phone or tablet too.

    For Chromebook Users

    If you’re having trouble extracting a ZIP folder on your Chromebook, this is not because there’s a problem with the ZIP folder, but rather because Chromebook doesn’t support zip folder extraction (you’d think technology would be a little more advanced!).

    All you need to do is download the  CloudConvert app to extract ZIP folder on your Chromebook. 

  • Can I get a refund?

    Since Healthinomics offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once a subscription is purchased or renewed and the Social Media Image Bundle (product) is downloaded. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing a subscription and downloading a product from our site.

    Subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time.

    Bundle Did Not Download

    If the bundle did not download, please check the My Account area first and re-download the bundle there. If the bundle does not appear in the My Account area, try downloading the bundle again. Once the bundle has downloaded to your device, check the folder your downloads are sent to.

    Product Not As Described

    Such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

    Requests for a refund can be submitted here within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

  • Do unused download credits expire at the end of my billing period?

    Yes. Any unused download credits you have not used at the end of your billing period will expire and your credit limit will be reset for the new billing period.

    This is why it is important to download all your bundles every month or year before your subscription renews.

    • If you purchased a monthly subscription, your subscription will be renewed every 30 days
    • If you purchased a yearly subscription, your subscription will be renewed every 365 days.

    You can view the next date your subscription will be renewed in Account > Subscription: 

    Where can I view how many downloads I have remaining?

    You can find out how many downloads you have remaining in the current billing period in Account > My Bundles:
