    • Be specific in what you want to release in your life and what you want to bring in instead. Provide details of what you wish for. Pictures also work. The universe will bring it to you and help you.
    • Take action towards your intention. Be ready to create space for it by staying optimistic about it, visualizing it, and being excited about it. Your energy attracts it.
    • Practice daily gratitude for whatever you are manifesting. Do things that make you happy and constantly keep you aligned. Your vibration must match it.

    • The best way to start is to make a list: “What I want vs ”What I don’t want.” Most people know what they don’t want. So you can start on that list first and go back to the other side once you have clarity. Have them be side by side Then re-write only what you want.
